I wasn’t been able to get online sooner, I was planning on sharing this post preferably at the beginning of the year but life just happened to get in the way
I made a wonderful vanilla caramel cake topped with cream and biscuits for our new years celebrations as well as a batch of the most amazing extra chewy, soft and delicious chocolate chip cookies!
Zoom in on the cookies I used this recipe to make them and added in a handful of chocolate chunks too
