Hi guys 🙂 I’ve had it on my mind lately to write a few posts explaining how I come up with my recipes and some of the things I do to perfect it to my own liking. I’ve spent alot of time learning about the specifics of baking and I wanted to share as much as I can and I hope that everyone can benefit from them.
This is a guide that I’ve been wanting to post for a while but I never actually got round to it. I finally took all the pictures I need, wanted to show you some of the steps that I think are important, then when it was time to write up the post those pictures just disappeared! That just got me annoyed so I postponed this post but alas it is time to share my donut making knowledge 😉 pics or no pics 😂😂
Happy Saturday friends 😊 Hope everyone’s doing well, relaxing away the week and enjoying the warm weather. I know I am 😉 been up to my elbows with coconut cake testing!
We’re back with another baking guide today with probably the worst pictures known to mankind, I really don’t want to post them but I want to show you guys the easiest way to whip up egg whites until stiff peaks. This is a technique used in cakes to make them super fluffy and light, very much like in this fresh strawberries and cream cake and it’s actually quite simple to achieve 🙂
I actually call it roasted chicken 😁 you know, it just sounds better:”hey what’s for dinner” and you reply “roasted chicken with all the trimmings” 😄 buuut technically we’re not roasting here we’re baking the chicken! 😉
