I’ve recently realized that alot of people generally make carrot cake in the spring time but to me, winter wouldn’t be complete without a healthy dose of beautifully spiced carrot cakes 🙂 by dose I mean a huge batch of perfectly moist and fluffy cakes slathered with luscious cream cheese frosting of course!
I love creating new cakes and desserts in my kitchen. The experimentation and imagination, all the different techniques and possibilities, the wonderful feeling of self accomplishment when something turns out right, this is my world and it is limitless 🙂

One of the greatest things about baking or even cooking is that there is an unlimited amount of what you can do with one dish. There are endless possibilities of what you can do with just one ingredient 🙂 and with what that one ingredient can be paired with…like cinnamon and carrot cake 😉
