So technically these are oatmeal chia cookies but that was an accident 😉 see I was pouring out some chia seeds into a container and accidentally dropped a whole load onto the counter and I didn’t want to put them back into their container so I just tossed them into the cookie batter and baked away! 😊
I don’t usually like to share recipes that have the same ingredient in them back to back but these cookies need a place on my blog like right now and I just couldn’t wait any longer! 😁

I never thought about combining chocolate and oats together in cookie form but now that I have, I just can’t stop! I used to always top oat cookies with chocolate or add chocolate chunks to the batter but never thought to actually make a chocolate cookie and let me tell you, you have not lived until you’ve tried this combination! 🙂
I had the last few cookies of this batch frozen so that I can take them out way later when I needed a decadent cookie fix and ohhh man were my needs fulfilled when I did take them out! These cookies are soo good, I couldn’t even believe it myself!
Still going strong with my cookie making 😉 these coconut cookies are the latest addition to my cookie collection and they are a good one! Super coconuty perfectly chocolatey and deliciously soft, these cookies are an absolute delight to eat (I said cookie wayyyy too many times right 😉 )
