Hi guys 🙂 I’ve had it on my mind lately to write a few posts explaining how I come up with my recipes and some of the things I do to perfect it to my own liking. I’ve spent alot of time learning about the specifics of baking and I wanted to share as much as I can and I hope that everyone can benefit from them.
This is a guide that I’ve been wanting to post for a while but I never actually got round to it. I finally took all the pictures I need, wanted to show you some of the steps that I think are important, then when it was time to write up the post those pictures just disappeared! That just got me annoyed so I postponed this post but alas it is time to share my donut making knowledge 😉 pics or no pics 😂😂
If there was one piece of advice that I would give anyone who has even a slight interest in baking, or just having a spur of the moment “I have to bake something right now!” sensation, it would be creaming your butter and sugar correctly. 🙂
Hey everyone 🙂 Im really happy to be sharing with you the first post from my Baking Guides series. All of you guys who have been following me for a while know how much I love making fresh bread 🙂 It’s one of my favourite things to do and gives me the most satisfaction. I mean seriously, when you slice into a loaf of bread you’ve just made and see the cooked inside fluffiness, there’s nothing that compares to that feeling of accomplishment! 🙂
